Is the tour still happening if it's raining?
We do operate in light rain. After all, we´re going on adventures! If the weather is unsafe for any reason, the trip will be changed or postponed. You will be notified the week of your trip if there are changes due to weather.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
You can cancel or reschedule your reservation up until 24 hours before the scheduled departure, after that all reservations are final and non-refundable.
